Cancellation and Refund policy

At TYNOVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation Before Shipment:
    • You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped.
    • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at tynova.toys@gmail.com or +918304937460 with your order number.
    • If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Cancellation After Shipment:
    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to follow our return policy.

2. Return Policy:

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.  
    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., certain infant toys, personal care items). These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
    • Combo Orders: Please note that individual items within a combo order cannot be returned or refunded separately. Only the entire combo order can be returned or refunded.
  • Reasons for Returns:
    • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
    • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
    • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item at your own expense. A refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Return Process:

    • We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
    • Please package the item securely in its original packaging.  
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Refund Processing:
    • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-4 business days.
    • Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refund Amount:
    • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a full refund, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs, will be issued.
    • For change-of-mind returns, a refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Certain items, such as gift cards or downloadable products and single products in a combo order are non-refundable.
